Steven Martinez is a postdoctoral research associate in the Winston Center on Technology and Brain Development. He received his Ph.D. in Psychology from Temple University under the mentorship of Dr. Jason Chein and Dr. Deepu Murty. His research applies decision neuroscience frameworks to model digital media habits, with a recent focus on social media scrolling and generative AI. In his free time, Steven is mostly likely outside either playing soccer, running, or hiking!
